Street resurfacing for 2025 has been completed. The City is working to close out this project.

The City has awarded a contract for the below set of roads for the 2026 Street Resurfacing. The contract has a completion date of December 31, 2026. Dates of individual roads to be resurfaced when available.

The City is currently in the construction phase for a project to repair a storm drainage ditch that runs between Crestview Avenue and West Woodlawn Avenue. The project will alleviate flooding issues that are occurring near West Woodlawn Avenue due to the ditch's condition. The ditch will be reconstructed as a concrete ditch.

Construction is currently underway and the contract has a completion date of July 31, 2026.
