Street resurfacing for 2025 has been bid, and the contract has been awarded. The contract has a completion date of May 29, 2026. The contract includes pavement repair and resurfacing on the following roads:

The City is preparing to bid out another set of roads for the 2026 Street Resurfacing. It is anticipated that these roads will be bid at the beginning of 2026.

The City is currently in the design phase for a project to repair a storm drainage ditch that runs between Crestview Avenue and West Woodlawn Avenue. The project will alleviate flooding issues that are occurring near West Woodlawn Avenue due to the ditch's condition. The ditch will be reconstructed as a concrete ditch.

The City is currently contacting residents who will be effected by the project to discuss construction needs. The project is anticipated to be bid in January of 2026 with construction to follow in the Spring.
