The North Augusta Department of Public Safety has partnered with Aiken County emergency services, and we now offer city residents access to a notification service known as CodeRED.

CodeRED is a voluntary opt-in service where citizens, once enrolled, can receive emergency notifications initiated directly by their local police, fire, and emergency medical service providers.  Using CodeRED, we can easily deliver geo-targeted, time-sensitive information to any individual opting into the service, using voice, email, SMS text messages, IPAWS, and more.
