Scope of Work & Requirements:

Access & Dismantling: Safely remove existing ductwork as required to gain clear access to the internal blower wheel housing.

Component Replacement: Remove existing components and install two (2) new blower wheels, along with new matching bearings and drive shaft.

Reassembly & Testing: Reinstall and properly seal all removed ductwork to ensure code-compliant operation. Test the system to ensure balanced rotation, vibration-free operation, and proper airflow performance.

Cleanup: Clean the work area and dispose of all old components and materials upon job completion.

Bidding vendors must hold a valid South Carolina Mechanical/HVAC Contractor License.
