Conditional Use Administrative Hearing
In accordance with §5.5 of the North Augusta Development Code, the Director of Planning and Development will hold an administrative hearing for a Conditional Use Permit at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 in the Planning and Development conference room located on the 2nd floor of the North Augusta Municipal Center, 100 Georgia Avenue, to consider the following application:
CU23-010– A request by Palmetto Peach Development, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a medical office use on ±1.31 acres located at 150 Bluff Avenue, Tax Parcel Number 007-14-14-001, zoned D, Downtown Mixed Use.
Those interested in expressing a view on the request are encouraged to attend or submit comments. Comments will be collected via email at planning@northaugustasc.gov until 5 p.m. on November 13, 2023. Documents related to the application will be available at the Planning and Development Department, 2nd floor, 100 Georgia Avenue, after November 10, 2023.
